¯\_(ツ)_/¯ this mug is hand-built with a white stoneware claybody. the painting is underglazed and then clear glazed so it's glossy, and the rest of the exterior is left unglazed so its the raw fired clay texture (still smooth, though). the inside along with the handle is glazed with a glossy black.
